Well! The campaign is officially over.
This week I'll be putting the final touches on our BackerKit pledge manager. I'll let you all know when it's live. It will take a while to get it up and running. I'll also be putting the final touches on the book files so I can get them to our printer asap. I'll also place the orders for the Envelopes of Madness and all their contents. We'll have a lot of book plates to sign!
It's late now, so good night and I'll be posting again soon!

We'll be signing cards at the Star City Games Magic the Gathering event. Come see us if you're in the area! It'll be a busy weekend.
The campaign ends a week from today: on Wednesday the 25th, so I'll have a lot of scrambling around last-minute work to do when we get home.
Thank you all, we've been hitting a lot of stretch goals! I'll go add the latest sticker to the Envelope of Madness picture now!

Hello everyone--
We’re back from Portland and the Star City Games Magic the Gathering event, where we signed ALL THE CARDS. Or maybe it just felt like that. Everyone was lovely and someone brought us Girl Genius fan art! Someone else brought us a whole bag of fancy coffee, and we got to talk in person to one of our most active comic readers, so it was a great weekend!
I’m also completely wiped out. Now that I’ve had time to decompress, I’m working on new stretch goals, waiting for the annual inventory from TopatoCo so I can figure out if we need to reprint anything, and getting back to the process of figuring out add-ons.
STRETCH GOALS UNLOCKED! LOTS OF THEM!
Here’s what we’ve unlocked so far:
The Envelope of Madness! If you’ve backed at a level that lists “Choice of Bookplate Extras” as a reward, the EoM will be one of your choices. It’s added to as we hit stretch goals, and currently contains the following:
- One bookplate for volume 22
- One bookplate for volume 23
- a “Thank You” art card for Vol. 22
- a Vol. 22 bookmark
- a Vol. 23 bookmark
- our traditional TPU student ID and book checklist
- a “Thank You” art card for Vol. 23.
The PDF Pile! Everyone at and above the $18 “Photons Only” level will now receive the PDF Pile. We’ll send out download links from DriveThruComics after the campaign, and for a short amount of time, we will provide a way for you to have the link sent to the email address of your choice. The Pile currently contains Volumes 22 and 23, plus Volumes 1-8.
In addition, the travel sticker set contains FOUR stickers instead of three, and will be listed as an add-on as soon as I get a chance to set up add-ons.
Also, We’ll be releasing a second campaign wallpaper, and Phil is on the hook for three as-yet-unseen-background-character portraits as requested by folks on my Twitch stream.
Speaking of which, I need to go get ready for that, since I’m going live in a little over an hour. I’ll be playing Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, because it’s relaxing and I’m tired. I’m happy to answer reasonable questions while I play!
We’ve just passed our last posted stretch goal, so I’ll try to have more up sometime early tomorrow, as well as some nicer illustrations of what’s currently going into the EoM and PDF Pile.
I should probably also get around to telling the various social media sites about the campaign as well, but there’s a lot going on, and I haven’t yet properly managed it.

Hello everyone! We funded so quickly, what a relief. I'm always a little overwhelmed when I realize that yes, people actually DO read our work. You're all so nice!
The Envelope of Madness is now in play, and already has a few extras in it. Of course, it also contains one of each of the new bookplates. I'll get a lovely graphic for that built early next week. Right now we're running around getting ready for a con!
Phil and I will be attending the Star City Games Magic the Gathering convention in Portland this weekend, so I'll try to prepare a bunch of stretch goals before we go. I'll have my computer with me, but I might be a little out of touch until Monday, these conventions can be exhausting.
Now that we've funded I'll be working on pledge manager and add-on type things, so I should have more information about all that soon. I'm still a little eye-spinny from getting the basic campaign running. You'd think I'd be used to it by now. Ok, I have to get back to work!
